Decision Matrix for Implementing Content Literacy Instructional Strategies

Deciding which school-wide instructional strategies to focus on and implement during a given school year can be a difficult challenge for teachers and school officials.  In selecting a strategy or strategies as focal points for implementation and possibly professional development, allow teachers to brainstorm and/or identify a laundry list of high yield instructional strategies.  In turn, teachers may use a decision-making matrix as a tool for collecting and analyzing data on individual instructional strategies prior to making a decision on how best to proceed.
